How To Make A Complaint

If you have a complaint about the Lolly service, please contact us and provide your details, a description of your complaint, how you think the matter could be resolved and any other information you believe may be relevant.

How long will it take?

Your complaint will be acknowledged promptly and will be investigated as quickly as possible.

Some complaints may take longer to investigate, particularly where the circumstances are complex. A final response will be sent no later than 8 weeks after your complaint is received. If the investigation cannot be completed within this time, you will be contacted with an explanation of the delay and information about what happens next.

If you are dissatisfied with the final response, or your complaint has not been resolved within the applicable time period, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
